Welcome to The Bain Build! My name is Bain and this site is for workout tips and routines for those who are looking to lose weight, gain weight/muscle, improve their heart rate or blood pressure or generally anything to do with fitness. It is not limited to experienced gym goers however there is a range between beginner tips and competitive athlete workouts. I am a personal trainer, rower, body builder, black belt in Taekwondo, seasoned wrestler and Krav Maga fighter, yoga fanatic, kayaker, rock climber… I love sports and fitness and this is the place to be for those who are looking for a new challenge both in and outside the gym!
